Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery: We offer shipping to Europe, North America, Asia and Africa . The final shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the order summary after entering the address.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with order tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. The shipping costs are shown in detail in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Note: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may arise, which are not collected by us. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs office or your tax office.
Zone 1: Germany - EUR 4.90 / Free if the order is EUR 59.00 or higher
Zone 2: European Union (EU) - EUR 13.90 / Free if the order is EUR 119.00 or higher
Zone 3: Rest of Europe - EUR 26.90 / Free if the order is EUR 350.00 or higher
